He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Robin B. Ott. He is survived by: his parents, Galyna Kraynya Bishop of Findley, OH and Vladimir Tkachenko of Moscow, Russia.; his wife Julie C. Ott Tkachenko; his brother Igor Tkachenko of Moscow; his grandmother Olga Kraynya of Boston; and his father-in-law Dieter (Sandra Lee Ott) of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and three cousins.
