Norma J. Franklin Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma J. Franklin of Manheim, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Franklin. She is survived by: her children, Joseph (Carol Rago), Kim (Bill Booth) of Royersford, PA and Robert Rago of Louisville, KY; her stepchildren, Steve (Jayne Franklin) of Alberton, MT and NJ; and her siblings, Anthony Jr. (Sandy Busin) of Ellwood City, PA and Joan D'Amico of Cabot, PA.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
