With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neita J. Welsh of Manheim, Pennsylvania, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Hubacher and Vivian Hubacher (Irwin); and her sister Netta. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn C. Welsh; her children, Curtis Welsh, Pamela Pignatelli and Brian Welsh; her grandchildren, Ryan, Shawn, Spencer, Jonathan, Nicholas, Jessica, Jordan, Jacob, Jianna and Jorja; her great grandchild Jaivion; and her sisters, Donna Zimmerman and Sally Blend.
