He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershey H. Weaver and Beatrice Fenderson Weaver; his wife Leora Groff Weaver; his great grandchild Blaine Glessner; and his siblings, Elvin, Lloyd, Harold Weaver and Alma Sweigart.
He is survived by: his children, Donald E. (Lucy Weaver), J. Marlin (Lisa Weaver), Lorraine (Wilmer Martin) and Dawn (Arnold Baer) of LaGrange, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren.
