He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice N. Sr. Lowe and Elsie Nauman Lowe; his spouse Thesta Mae Kerlin Lowe; and his brother Leon Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Harold E. Lowe, Marlin R. (Lesa Lowe) of Manheim and Marlene F. Breitigan of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Adam, Matthew, Jason and Krista; and his siblings, Kathryn Meyer of Lancaster, Marie Lowe of Lancaster, Clarence of Milton Grove, Robert of Manheim, Elmer of Manheim and Mark Lowe of Manheim.
