He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Norma Franklin; his children, Steve (Jayne Franklin) of Elberton, MT and NJ; his stepchildren, Joseph (Carol Rago), Kim (Bill Booth) and Robert Rago; and his siblings, John, Joseph (Marge), Dennis Franklin and Sara Bryan.
