He is survived by: his former wife Mary Perine (Kathie); his children, Shane Perine and Kassandra Elward; his friend Tamara Perine; and his siblings, Kathleen Brandon (Perine) of Tennessee, Richard Perine, Daniel Smith (Perine) of Ohio and Donald Wirth (Perine) of Idaho. He is also survived by many grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
