J., Matthew (Anna Hlavacek) of Mount Laurel, N. J. and Jennifer Migliaccio of Middletown, N. J.; his siblings, John (Joyce Hlavacek) of Apopka, FL., Neil (Colette Hlavacek) of Bunnel, FL., Glen Hlavacek of Shohola and Michelle Hlavacek (Anna Silberg) of Matamoras; and his granddaughter Skylar Migliaccio.
