We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2022, at the age of 62, Kandis K. Shaffer of Manheim, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Withers and Sarah Nelson Withers of Manheim; her husband J. Marlin Shaffer Jr.; her children, J. Marlin III (Amanda Shaffer) of Lancaster, Jaclyn (Jason Sanderson) of Holtwood and Corey Shaffer of Manheim; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Kaylee and Emmalynn; and her brothers, Arthur Withers of Red Lion, Mitchell (Holly Withers) of Mississippi and Wesley.
