He was predeceased by: his parents, William, Sr. Lloyd and Leora Gee Lloyd. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Lloyd of Manheim; his son Jeremy Lloyd; his close friends, Brenda Pequignot of Blossburg, Pamala (Posey Jo), Rachel (Joe Gary) of Dover, Brian (Jess Nagle) of New Cumberland and Scott (Leah Nagle) of Marietta; and his sisters, JoAnn Kreger of Liberty, Lauretta (Dean Carpenter) of Victor, NY and Ginny (Todd Paup) of Felton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
