He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Hoffman and Florence B. Hoffman (Weidman); and his brothers, Richard and Donald. He is survived by: his brother Jim (Erica); and his nephews, Rick (Donna), Rob (Ann), Randy (Kiersten) and Derek (Michelle).
