With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jay Leonard Eby of Manheim, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin W. Eby and Eva Martin Eby; his wife Sally L. Esh Eby; his sister Wilma Simmoneau; and his brother-in-law Harold Esh.

He is survived by: his sister Pauline Esh of Sun City, AZ..
