He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar G. Strickler and Melva R. Cover Strickler; and his siblings, Kenneth Strickler, Robert Strickler, Jean Rice, Catherine Gallagher and Patsy Chant.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy A. Strickler (Williams); his children, Brett Strickler of Manheim, Angela Strickler (Thomas Strickler) of Columbia and Debra Nissley of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Brandon Aukamp, Daryl Nissley and Diane Longenecker (Nissley); and his brother Amos Strickler of Lititz. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
