She was predeceased by: her father Harry E. Peters; and her husband James "Jim" H. Foard, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Annamary Schober Peters; her children, Dr. Carol Morgan (Paul Hernandez) of Virginia Beach, VA and Bryan Foard (Andrea) of Ephrata, PA; and her granddaughters, Haley, Elizabeth and Rebecca.
