In the vast expanse of eternity, may Gary find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dorothy E. Hornock; his wife Donna R. Hornock (Hiestand); his mother-in-law Phyllis F. Hiestand (Shifflet) of Elizabethtown; his pet Mary; his brother John G. Hornock; and his father-in-law John M. Hiestand.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (904 Mill Rd, Elizabethtown, PA 17022). A reception will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
If desired, contributions may be made to Humane Pennsylvania, 2129 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602 for the care of animals and to place them in furever homes.
