He is survived by: his girlfriend Jacqueline Atkinson; his nephew Richard "Rick" Bernhardt (Beth) of Lititz; his great-nephews, Alexander (Brie) and Samuel; his great-niece Madelyn (David); his nephew David Bernhardt of Lititz; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Andrew and Macy; and his cousin Richard "Dick" Bernhardt of Manheim.
