She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband J. Arthur "Art" Ruhl; her parents, Cletus Frey and Ethel Frey (Toms); her sons, Dale (Bonnie Ruhl) of Crossville, TN and Douglas (Deana Ruhl); her grandchildren, Jessica, Derick and Alana Ruhl; and her siblings, Earl Frey and Nancy Newport.
