He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice N. Sr. Lowe and Elsie Nauman Lowe; and his wife Anna Lois Herr Lowe. He is survived by: his sons, Brian E. Lowe, Eric D. (Mindy Lowe), Dwight D. Lowe and Randy B. Lowe; his grandsons, Aaron and Caleb Lowe; and his siblings, Clarence Lowe, Robert, Mark Lowe, Kathryn Meyer and Marie Lowe.
