He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Kenneth Hallman and Mildred E. Hallman (Stanley). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; and his children, Karen Brenneman, Jeffrey Hallman, K. Scott Hallman and Kenda Lovecchio. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
