Hoffer of Manheim, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 8, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester S. Hoffer and Kathryn Bamberger Hoffer; and his brother Henry Hoffer. He is survived by: his wife Beth Ann Frey Hoffer; his stepchildren, Jody Lynn (Tim Hess) of Manheim, Roderick W. Jr. (Cindy Frey) of Mount Joy, William S. (Luann Frey) of Mount Joy and Jennifer (Wade Miller) of Manheim; and his sisters, Joyce E. Brandt of Manheim and Karen McBeth of Carlisle.
