It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty J. Shelly of Manheim, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Webber and Martha Hollinger Webber; and her husband J. Harlan Shelly. She is survived by: her children, Kay N. (Wilbur M. Slothour) of Aspers, T. Michael (Sharon K. Hess) and Lu Ann (Michael L. Wise) of Manheim. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
