She was predeceased by: her parent Phares M. Sweitzer; her spouse Rafael Belmonte; and her siblings, Phares Sweitzer Jr., Edna Mays and Dorothy Ruhl.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Kautz Sweitzer; her son Daniel L. (Nancy Mastros Breitigan) of Manheim; her grandchildren, Nicole L. (Robert Lannigan) and Daniel C. (Audrey Breitigan); her great grandchildren, Daniel R. Breitigan, Madeline and Nicholas Berger; and her significant other Robert Ross.
