She was predeceased by: her parents, David K. Witmer and Amelia Bollinger Witmer; her husband Harry I. Baxter; her stepdaughter Eileen Gilbert; and her siblings, Lloyd Witmer, Emma Martin, Amelia Witmer, Katie Martin, Grace Boll and Alma Detwiler.
She is survived by: her children, Doris L. (Gene Wenger) of Elizabethtown, Donna S. (Calvin Blank) of Cochranville and Robert L. (Debby F. Hershey) of Lititz; and her stepchildren, Virginia Mullin of Lancaster, Beth (Ottie Rankin) of Elgin, SC. and Ralph "Red". She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, 13 step grandchildren, and numerous step great grandchildren and step great great grandchildren.
