He is survived by: his brother Ronald Simmons; his children, Craig Simmons (Debra) and Jessica Eyler (Anthony); his grandchildren, Kacey Smallwood, Brys, Brianna and Seth Eyler; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Zalen, Ashton and Lorelie.
