With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip S. Newcomer (Manchester, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 20, 2018 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse Newcomer of Mt. He is survived by: his parent Shirley Newcomer of Mt; his wife Robin Newcomer (Mohr); his children, Zachary Newcomer (Chelsea) of Dover, Justin Newcomer (Kevin Carpenter) of Rochester, NY and Zoey Newcomer of Hanover; his grandchildren, Fiona Newcomer and Noah Newcomer; his sisters, Sue Hershey (Brad) of Mt, Ann Vreeland (Gary) of York and Jane Shade (Dan); and also Steve Winland of Hanover. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
