She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Bowman and Esther Bowman; and her spouse Dana W. Phelps. She is survived by: her brother Jack Bowman of St. Petersburg, Florida.; her children, Terrence A. Phelps (Patty) of Cuyahoga Falls, Cheryl D. Banda of Erie, Kevin S. Phelps (Laura) of Erie and Randy B. Phelps of Erie; and her grandchildren, Carol Burns (Brian), Michele Hotchkiss, Tara Stewart (Scott), Tracy Albertazzi, Travis Phelps, Dustin Phelps, Ryan Lariccia, Jillian Higley (Josh), Erin Phelps and Jeremy Phelps. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
