He was predeceased by: his parents, Gunther T. Westphal Sr. and Jean M. Westphal (Price); and his sister Amy Lindstrom. He is survived by: his wife Debra R. Westphal (Metzel); his daughters, Tracy E. Wilson (Troy) of York and Shelley M. Westphal of York; his grandchildren, Blaine, Devon, Skylar, Haley, Cole and Chanda; his brother Curt Westphal; and his stepdaughter Abbi D. Dull. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
