She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Kosienski; her husband Michael Wilkosz; and her siblings, Walter, Edward, Raymond Kosienski, Anna Oblinski, Loretta Danylko and Helen Ore.
She is survived by: her parent Antonia Kosienski; her sons, Edward (Mardi) of Scottsdale, AZ, Robert (Lisa) of Boise, ID, George (Florence) of Fairview, Philip (Susan) and Paul; her grandchildren, Jason (Joelyn), Rexford, Alysa Frith, Ryan (Marilee), Michael, Eric (Katie), Amy Burger (Dan), Andrew (Diana) and Corey (Elisa); her stepgranddaughters, Amber Sieber and Melanie Markwell; her sister JoAnn Kupniewski of Fairview; and her siblings-in-law, Audrey, Patricia Kosienski and Frank Wilkosz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
