She was predeceased by: her parents, John Myers and Lucy Loop Myers; her husband Oliver B. Chase; her siblings, Flora Yaple, Hazel Machina Marsh, Ina Reid, Elva Kienholz, Deloss and Morse Myers; and her children-in-law, Lawrence Theuret and Sandra Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Theuret of Erie and David Chase (Connie) of Newcomerstown, OH; and her grandchildren, Mark Theuret (Sharon), Dr. Lisa Schening (Stan Gleason), Michelle Brown (Eric), Melanie Lee (Adam), Vicki Leopold (Nate), Brian Chase (Beckie) and Jennifer Lehman (Jeff Watson). She is also survived by many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic funeral services and burial will be private for the family.
