He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Denny Shue. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Starner (Miller); his children, Michael Starner, Deborah Shue, Cheryl Deardorff (Don) and Christine Miller (Harry); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Philip), Nathan Megan (Tracy), Alexis (Rick), Xavier, Ian and Drew (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Rylee, Cole, Oliver and Ethan.
