She is survived by: her parent Anna Adzima (Bizon); her children, Patricia Bohinc (Richard) of Cary, N. C., Debra Huck (Donald) of Sanford, N. C. and John Kadylak Jr.; her wife Sandra of Latrobe; her son-in-law Edward Henry of Hempfield Township; her grandchildren, Justina Shaffer, Jessica Leonard, Nathan Stairs, Jenna Simmons, Summer Clark and Jillian Bohinc; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Bohinc, Bennett Shaffer, Jax Simmons, Crosby Simmons, Adileigh Stairs, Grady Stairs, Sydney Clark, Zachary Clark and Lido Leonard.
