He is survived by: his wife Diane Fornwalt; his daughter Michelle Olney; his son-in-law David Olney; his son Wesley Smith; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Smith; his grandchildren, Kristopher Smith (Shirley), Brandon Lytle, Blake Lytle and Alexandra Smith; and his great grandchildren, Theodore, Timothy and Johnathan Smith.
