He was predeceased by: his father James F. Eisenhardt. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Eisenhardt; his former wife Lynne Avellino Eisenhardt; his daughter Kai Eisenhardt; his siblings, James M. (Meg), Mark W., Monica, Matthew J. (Michelle) and Paul F. (Kellie); and his nieces and nephews, Jane, Emma, Luke, Rylie, Ben, Maria, Kelty, Elizabeth, Abbie, Matthew, Joey, Sean and Aly.
