She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Uba and Vincent Uba. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Warren of Malvern, PA; her daughter Amanda Frangipane (Matthew) of Gilbertsville, PA.; her brother Thomas Uba (Barb) of Lewes, DE; and her niece Carly Uba. She is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Patricia's memory to either Charlestown United Methodist Church, where she was a devout member for many years at 650 Church Road Malvern PA 19355; or Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester.
