She is survived by: her husband David Regn; her children, Shawn Marie O'Connell (Dan) and John Chamberlain, Jr. (Martine); her stepson David Regn, Jr. (Kellie); her grandchildren, Jackie Wiggins (Joel), Frankie O'Connell, III, Kayla Snyder, Ryan O'Connell, Devon Chamberlain, Gavin Regn, Mavery Regn and Jack Chamberlain; and her siblings, Pat Leonard, Kate Kerr, Rose Connelly and Teresa Connelly.
