It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George T. Carr of Malvern, Pennsylvania, born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenic Carradetti and Anna Carradetti (Campbell); his significant other Helen T. Carr (Grant); and his siblings, Anna Eppley (Bill), Patrick Carr (Kay), Domenic Carr (Helen) and Theresa Toth (Charlie).
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline McCarthy of Exton, PA, Gail Carr (Drew) of Royersford, George Carr (Erin) of Landsdale, PA, Charlotte Opelski (Stephen) of Hilton Head, SC, Eric Carr (Lee) of Horsham, PA and Angela Carr (Derek Alfama) of Douglas, MA.; his grandchildren, Stefan (Kristina), Alex (Lauren), Samantha, Travis of Ryan, TJ, Drew, Daniel, Shannon, Heather, Amanda, Marco, Donovan and Avery; his great grandchildren, Christian, Kalyna, Juliana, Adrian, Will and Colin; and his sister Betty Paolino (Sam).
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Parish (110 Saint Elizabeth Drive, Chester Springs, PA 19425).
