He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J., Sr. and Kathleen Kane Stavish; and his brothers, James and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his sons, David (Jennifer) and Joseph; and his siblings, Paul (Susan), Jane Ryan (Lila) and Ann. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
In memory of Frank and in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the One More Day nonprofit charity organization, devoted exclusively to the cause of helping our Nation's Service Members, Law Enforcement, Veterans, and their families.
