She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Kadyszewski and Helen Petrovich Kadyszewski. She is survived by: her husband Edward Lazarski; her children, Karen Kempel (Ed Kempel), Edward Lazarski, Jr. (Nancy Nett Lazarski), Doreen Hecker (John Hecker), Laura Tomsuden (Andrew Tomsuden) and Beverly Enochs (Chris Enochs); and her siblings, Ronald Kadyszewski and Agatha Konieczynski. She is also survived by her family, especially her 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
