He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Packard and Ella Packard (Beals); and his brother Willard "Billy" Packard, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lucile Packard (Tice); his children, Earl Packard (Beverly) of Hornell, NY, David Packard (Debra) of East Berlin, PA, Kevan Packard (Jane), Douglas Packard (Jill) of Lock Haven, PA and Marsha Ripkey (Douglas) of Stoughton, WI; and his sister Wilda June Stickler (Byron). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
