She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Hamm. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Hamm (Terrie) of Blossburg, PA; her grandchildren, Nathan, Jacob, Miranda, Andrew, Brandon, Ashley and Emily; and her brothers, David Adams (Cindi) and John Diver.
