She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred, Sr. Smith and Marian Smith (Weaver); and her siblings, Clarence Smith, George Smith, Alfred Smith, Alma Stump, Phyllis Johnson and Paulette Shutt.
She is survived by: her fiancé William Heintzelman of Milton; and her children, Ronald T. Hovenstine, Jr. of Turbotville, Stephanie Ashton (David) of New Columbia and Paula Heverly (Brian) of Milton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
