He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Tootsie" Botek (Kollar); his children, Christopher Botek (Kyra Yurko) of Mahoning Valley, Francine Botek of Bath and Alison Botek (Stefano Carpenetti) of Lock Haven; his brother Stephen Botek (Ruth) of New York City, NY; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Victoria, Ashley, Lauren, Jacob, Nicolas, Julianna and Carolina.
