With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellen Diaz of Mahoning, Pennsylvania, born in Summit Hill, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ellen Diaz to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Frantz and Josephine Frantz (Derby); and her brother David Frantz. She is survived by: her close friend Herlin Haberman; her son David Diaz (Ashley Libby Diaz) of Durango; and her brother Chester Frantz. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
