She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald L. "Butch" Blocker; her parents, Robert E. DeReamer and Pauline E. DeReamer (Mengel); and her sister Patricia Zeller. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Hinkle (David) of Weatherly and Melissa "Missy" Blocker (Paul Johnston) of Lehighton; her sister Eileen Bollinger (Ronald) of Palmerton; and her grandchildren, Elise, Megan, Lindsey, Daniel, Nicole, Brittany, Ethan, Joel and Tanner. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
