He is survived by: his wife June Kratson; his children, Lisa Smulligan (Charles) of State College and Tim Holt of Locust Valley; his siblings, Robert Holt of Park Crest and Judy Hutira (Marty) of Locust Valley; his grandchildren, Kristyna Peitz (Bryan), Elizabeth Goodman (Ben), CJ Smulligan (Sarah), Timothy and Zachery Holt; and his great grandchildren, Madalyn, Jacob Peitz and Margaret Goodman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
