Though Rita may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Domkus (Saltonis) and Joseph Domkus; her husband Edward Boczkowsky; and her siblings, Joseph Popolsky, Vincent Strockis and Helen Yodis.
She is survived by: her brother Edward (Frances Domkus). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish (600 W Mahanoy St, Mahanoy City, PA 17948). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
