He was predeceased by: his brother Cassidy Robert Startzel. He is survived by: his parents, Denise Marie Rosohac (Robert Fitzpatrick) and Howard W. Startzel II (Donna); his siblings, Christina Marie Startzel, Monica A. Kotzmoyer (Michael Spirko) and Nathaniel Kotzmoyer; his grandmother Rosemary "Cookie" Rosohac; his stepsisters, Angelique Parsons (Greg Goldberg), Patricia Vermillion and Peirce (Chris); and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Lidia, Leah Ann, Laiciah Marie, Janessa Rose, Isabella Natividad, Nicole and Logan Angelo. He is also survived by his sister children.
