He is survived by: his siblings, Falicty Ketchledge of Mahanoy City, Caden Ketchledge of Mahanoy City and Jerry Adrey III of Scranton, PA; and his grandparents, Margaret Hettler (Brian Hettler Sr) of Delano, PA, Robert Kane (Robin Meeks) of Ringtown and Alice Hahn of Tamaqua, PA. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and niece and nephews.
