She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldona Lahutsky (Krasnisky) and George Lahutsky. She is survived by: her family Lucille; her son Francis Collins of Ridley Park; her siblings, Sheree (Thomas Bashinsky) of Barnesville and George Lahutsky of San Diego; her stepchildren, Gussie Futyma, Ann Futyma, Eric Futyma and Christina Futyma McDermott; her niece Lori McCabe; her stepgrandsons, Doug Birrer, Gus Futyma, Peter Futyma and Shane Santell; and her husband Gus. She is also survived by several step great grandchildren and 2 great grand nephews.
