She was predeceased by: her husband William B. Conroy; her sister Elizabeth K. Coombe; her great grandchildren, Jennifer and Jessica Chrin; and her close friend Anna Zimmerman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Long (Thomas) of Barnesville, PA and Kathy Wall (Scott) of Mahanoy City, PA.; her grandchildren, Dr. Tammy Chrin (Jeffrey), James Wall and Michael Wall; and her great grandchild Miss Christina Chrin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations in Kay's name to MMI Preparatory School, 154 Centre St., Freeland, PA 18224 or the Humane Fire Company, 320 W. Centre St., Mahanoy City, PA 17948.
